📌 All edges of the document must be fully visible.

✅ Two (2) recent digital passport photographs with a white background
📌 Submitting multiple photos increases the likelihood that at least one will meet approval standards.

✅ Completed biodata application form submitted online.

Processing & Delivery:

Estimated processing time: 4–6 weeks from document submission to NIS
Passports will be delivered via DHL or USPS Priority Mail Express®. Shipping fees apply.

This service is designed to be completed entirely remotely, from the comfort of your home or office – eliminating the need to visit our office, take time off work, or incur travel expenses.

📸 Passport Photo Submission Guidelines
To ensure your passport photos meet official standards, please follow the instructions below:
1. Obtain Digital Passport Photos
Use a professional photographer or certified passport photo service providers such as CVS, Walgreens, or similar.
❗ Important: Only digital passport photos are accepted. Do not submit printed photos, as scanned copies are often rejected due to poor image quality.
The provider will send the digital photos directly to your email.

Once you receive the digital passport photos, email the following documents to support@upwellfinance.com

✅ Two (2) digital passport photographs
✅ A clear copy of your validated National Identification Number (NIN) slip
✅ A clear copy of the data page(s) of your expired or expiring passport (ensure all edges are visible)

3. Make the required payment and complete the online passport renewal form carefully and accurately
