NIN & BVN Enrollment – Required Documents & Policies

✅ Required Documents

For NIN Enrollment:

  • Valid or expired Nigerian passport (if the name hasn’t changed)
  • If no Nigerian passport: One parent’s Nigerian passport + your birth certificate
  • For married names: Marriage certificate + Nigerian passport
  • If divorced (reverting to maiden name): Divorce certificate + Nigerian passport
  • Minors under 16: Minor’s birth certificate + one parent’s Nigerian passport and NIN slip
    • Note: Parent and child cannot enroll on the same day

For BVN Enrollment:

  • Valid Nigerian Passport (unexpired) or NIN Slip
  • Nigerian address and cell phone number (yours, a relative’s, or a friend’s)

Important: Bring all required documents to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of fees.

 

📅 Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments only: Available Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • No walk-ins accepted
  • Confirmation is sent via email and text after scheduling and payment, using the contact details you provide
  • All appointments are final — non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled for any reason
  • Punctuality is required — late arrivals will not be accommodated and will be canceled without refund
  • By booking, you agree to all terms and policies

❌ No Refunds Policy

  • No-shows, late arrivals, or missing documents = forfeited fees
  • No exceptions for lateness — like a missed flight, the appointment won’t wait

🖐️ Fingerprinting Policy

🕘  Dry or scaly hands may require extra time for fingerprinting.

  • Up to 15 additional minutes may be added during your first appointment.
  • If needed, and at our discretion, a complimentary second session (up to 30 minutes) may be offered.

🕘  No refunds will be issued if fingerprinting fails after the second attempt.

🕘  Recommendation: To improve fingerprint capture, apply a heavy-duty hand lotion (e.g., Corn Huskers) regularly before your appointment.
